PRIVACY
Clear about
what leaves your browser.
This notice describes this website. Separate applications and external services have their own data behaviour and terms.
Browsing the website
We do not use advertising, visitor analytics or tracking pixels. Fonts, images and scripts are served with the website. Our hosting provider receives the requests needed to deliver pages and may process access or security information under its own terms.
Your colour preference
When you choose Ember, Porcelain or Nocturne in the footer, we save that choice in your browser’s local storage under cygma-audio-theme. It is not sent to Cygma Audio by the site code. Our cookie policy explains how long this preference lasts and how to clear it. The website remains usable when storage is unavailable.
Contact enquiries
When you press Send enquiry, the form sends your name, reply email, selected topic, message and consent choice to Formspree, together with the form’s subject/source fields and anti-spam field. This allows the recipient to receive and answer your enquiry. Formspree may provide an anti-spam check and handles submissions under its privacy policy.
Do not include passwords, API secrets or sensitive session data. Use the contact form to ask about an earlier enquiry or request its removal.
External links
Links to TONE3000, GitHub, LinkedIn, Ko-fi, RushLink, Discord and the theme showcase take you to separate services. Their privacy and access policies apply there. The optional support window shown before a download stores no preference; Ko-fi opens only if you choose its support link. This site does not request plugin audio, inspect your DAW projects or sign you into the TONE3000 library.
Product information
Tessel’s built-in audio processing runs in the plugin. Choosing an online library feature involves that external service; loading a local model is a separate workflow. The guide explains these distinctions without treating this website notice as a complete application privacy policy.
